The hotel's location was marvellous and stunning, near a beautiful beach, lovely shops, bars, and Pollensia. It had easy access to Pollentia.

Food,friendliness and amenities

Unable to give full report as my wife was in hospital the whole duration so was unable to fully take advantage of the hotel amenities.

The room was amazing, I really loved the view 😍.

As we did not arrive till after 10pm an excellent buffet meal was presented to us in the bar area. Our room was located at the ajacent annexe on the third floor. It was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean with a modern bathroom and wet room. The room had a wonderfull seaview and balcony. The extensive range of food available at breakfast time and in the evening could not be surpassed, all the staff went out of their way to make our stay at the Uyal very enjoyable.

The only thing I would suggest to the Hoposa Uyal is that a choice of large plates be made available at breakfast time for those that require them.

Great location with easy parking. Quiet yet close to Port de Pollense town. Good spread at breakfast. Comfortable and spacious room - especially as we got a free upgrade

On the last night the weather was poor and there was a loud crashing noise from somewhere outside. Maybe the guttering? The hotel staff were uninterested when I told them and were in no mood to offer any discount.

The location was fab and awesome to the sea at night and met expectations. I had a delicious and marvellous breakfast with surprisingly drinkable coffee from machines, the food was delicious. I have stayed here before and would stay here again.

The breakfast here offers a delicious and satisfying selection of fresh fruits and dishes to choose from.

The location of this classy hotel is great, as it is close to restaurants, bars, a peaceful beach, and attractions.

The rooms are comfortable and modern, clean and well equiped. The breakfast on the terrace was comprehensive and of a good quality. The pool area is relaxing. The hotel seems to be orientated towards more mature holiday makers and as we travelled out of school holidays there were very few children - a few babies and toddlers. Great access to the beach. The main resort is about a 20 minute walk away but a few restaurants in the locality for lunch and a Spar close by for newspapers and other essentials.

The pool area closes at 6pm which I think is a little early.

The breakfast here is really good, with fresh fruit and delicious coffee. the pool is nice, and the location is fantastic - right in the heart of the local area 🌟.

This is a really good hotel to stay in Palma... Nice location, still not much not crowded. Food was fantastic. Nice ambiance and good view of the beach.

Seems like more elderly couples used to stay in this Hotel. Its not mix of all.

I was very annoyed about the security or lack of it for cycles. I took my race bike worth over £6k and discovered that the locks provided in the garage to secure bikes could be opened by any key. In other words they had 30 locks but each key could open them all! I took my bike to my room and had grief from the staff and ended up meeting with the hotel manager who admitted they had not realised the key issue. But she failed to find a satisfactory solution for me. I wanted my bike under better security as my bike Insurance would not pay out in these cirumstances or in my room which they would not allow. Ironically as the garage filled up guests were routinely taking expensive (and spotlessly clean) bikes to their rooms. Rather spoilt my holiday!!
